You can run Chrome directly, but can't run root? How can I change it to be the same as FossaPup64 9.5?
Not just chrome, but similar software. How do you want to modify it?
It is hoped that the software of the Electron class can run directly

Uhh----o-kay. What exactly is it you want to do here?
Do I understand that you want to run Chrome as 'root' rather than 'spot'? If so, yes; it CAN be done.....but you lose all the sandboxing, hence you've immediately lost Chrome's security advantages.
Unfortunately, you can't 'run-as-root' WITH full sandboxing, because Google won't let you, I'm afraid. Simple as that.

FossaPup64 is root or spot by default?
How does FossaPup64 default to root and then run chrome software directly?
I just want to change to FossaPup64. What should I do?

All puppies are root by default. To run an electron app you'd need to run either of these commands (first one runs as root without sandboxing and the second one as spot with sandboxing):-
If you want to not care about doing manual stuff with chrome, @mikewalsh has built a portable exactly for that.
