@MetaMaster - Glad it worked out. Firmware hunting is sometimes needed in Puppy, as being small it cannot contain all firmware issued - latest iwlwifi firmware files are 2mb each. Not sure where my googling went wrong, but it was. Sorry. Well done, TerryH.
