I have Forked woof-CE branch of PL on GitHub.

1) How do I initiate KERNEL build on github-woofCE ?
2) When we initiate build of new Pup on GitHub :: github-woofCE --> Actions --> release --> Run workflow, does it build new Kernel also ?
