Just installed Raspbian Buster Puppy

I am using my pi2 with a nexdock 1st gen. The keyboard and touchpad connect via bluetooth. Thus far I am having to use a wired pc keyboard and mouse. How do I acivate bluetooth, connect it to my keyboard mouse on my nexdock, and automatically connect to my keyboard and mouse after reboot? I was still using the stretch version of Raspbian, but my installation went bad so I thought it was time to try some other distros.
