Hello
I am struggling with a Tag editor for Xenial64 on a Dell Latitude E6230. It needs to be simple, Easytag is bloated and slow and I have never got it to work Puddletag will not run.
Can anyone recommend a simple tag editor so I can add information and an Image to music files.
Help appreciated.

I think I have answered my own question. I experimented with VLC and it has an inbuilt Tag editor and is comprehensive and good.
So I withdraw my question.

Just for the record, I use Tigo-Tago running under WINE. Its quite old now (2012?) but quite functional, even running well in a Raspberry Pi4 running WINE under Box86.
It has a spreasheet like function, auto fill down, and other features I don't use much. Does not download track titles from web, I'm afraid.
