I have Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) Puppy Linux Run-As-Spot (64-bit)
. Not sure where I got it from. I mainly used Pale Moon, and didn't know whether I'll use it; but now I use it regularly, mainly for YouTube. So I would like to use the most normal\default, and new version for FossaPup-64 9.5; is there such?
Also - is it possible to save History and Passwords; or are they saved in my Google account?
How to update\replace Chromium version?

I don´t use Chromium browser but I think peebee releases regularly Chromium browser as a .sfs file for his pups (ScPup, LxPupSc, ..). Some time ago there was information that it will work in Fossapup64 as well.
You can look here and download the latest 64bit version. Then place the .sfs file in /mnt/home and try to load it on the fly.
Although I don´t know if the old version of Chromium might conflict with it. I would try it on a new session without savefolder/file. Or uninstall the old version in puppy package manager first if you don´t plan to use it.
good luck

Re: How to update\replace Chromium version?
@Feek:
I've loaded the new SFS Chromium, unloaded the previous (because it launched instead of the new one) ― and it opened in my Home page \ YouTube, and I'm logged in. I don't even know how it has done that .
What Web Browser do you use; and does it work with most websites? I need it mostly for YouTube, which works horribly in Pale Moon; and some other websites occasionally don't work in PM; and my Bank Account website.
Thanks.

The .sfs file you downloaded and then loaded contains only the program (Chromium) itself.
If I understand it well, after loading the new downloaded .sfs and starting Chromium, your settings were simply loaded from your existing profile (usually in /root/.config or in spot folder if you decide to run web apps as spot).

I mainly use Firefox and ocasionally Google chrome (mostly for google services). Both work fine.

Oh, that makes sense.
Thanks.
