How to install EasyOS to a drive

I am very gradually undertaking rewriting the documentation at easyos.org. Started with this:

The title says "SSD", as that was the original case-study in 2019. However, the instructions apply to any drive; internal or external, SSD, HDD, Flash-stick, or SD-card. maximum size 2TB.
