An alternative Puppy Menu tray icon
See attached pic and icon download. You can save the icon in /usr/share/pixmaps (or wherever) and edit the entry for it in the JWM file (mine is /root/.jwmrc-tray) and restart the JWM.

Well yeah, with the same technique you could set any image as menu tray icon.
I really like that squirrel on your desktop's backround image. You could crop it down and with a bit of scaling, you could even do the same thing to set that as your menu tray icon.
Don't bite me, because I am going to use that squirrel for mine .

But it's Puppy operating system not Squirrel operating system.
Cool, I learned something new! very good...
In my case, /usr/share/pixmaps
I selected an icon in the form of lightning (power.svg) that was stored in /usr/share/pixmaps/puppy.
I copied it to /usr/local/jwmdesk/jwm_menubutton_icons
Then I opened JWMdesk, clicked on the Menu tab, and in the Menu Button, icon, the option already appeared. Cool! I'll put a bunch of icons there...
Illustrating... see how the icon collection turned out.
