Why can't Fatdog64 be installed after downloading?

I tried to download Fatdog64, I don't know what is the problem with it because I can't install it, after many 3 times, it is still not installing. Has anyone come across a situation like this? Everyone, please share with me

Please share what you did to install Fatdog and the error messages you got. Also, there's an online help and FAQ here http://distro.ibiblio.org/fatdog/web/#docs
