Most of the Puppy Systems in Place and Running

After some long hours the system seems to be almost in the state the Puppy Linux world was in before the DDOS attack.

Please look around and if something doesn't seem to work let us know!

The blog will not be restored.

Eventually a URL rewrite will direct puppylinux.com to our Github pages as it did before but first I need to rest a bit.

Then work on the Wiki will proceed but not at the same pace as getting the rest back up. Some browser caches will need to be cleared on your end and the domain's might take a some hours to propagate.

I'll be damned before any script kids or state sponsored geeks can knock Puppy Linux out.

Thanks Rockedge,

I was starting to have Puppy Linux withdrawal symptoms...needed my daily "fix" from the forum news. Always something of interest or practical value. More so than other forums which shall be un-named.

The search tool https://psearch.puppylinux.com is ready. Remember to remove the Puppy Logo just move the mouse and click on the logo image. It will disappear giving more room for results.

Reminds me that also on https://rockedge.org/kernels clicking on the Puppy Logo will hide it allowing for more room and a simpler minimal look.

Also can someone test out older murga-linux.com links, and that they are working as intended?

murga-linux.com

Well, I did not try every possible link.
All the ones, I did try, worked OK.

@01micko I have the redirect/rewrite in place and now the security certs are all a solid green (very good) and we can get to the main info-download pages.

It would be possible to add a rewrite at the other end to replace the https://puppylinux-woof-ce.github.io with https://puppylinux.com in the browser nav bar but this is kind of eye candy-ish.........

@bigpup nice! The ones I tried worked as well.
