Some new buggering around with the internet going on in Australia.

Lately using Opera browser I have noticed the following happening regularly in Australia.

1/ Setting the vpn as Asia american sites load quickly . Setting it as America slows it down 10 fold.

2/ Setting the vpn as Asia some sites refuse to send the page . Change vpn and they will, so discrimination as to region is starting to appear.

3/ Going to any google site with the lastpass extension turned on Opera will report that the extension is corrupt and refuses to load it so if you rely on Lastpass you are stuffed . You have to delete the extension and reinstall it . This is happening fortnightly now and wastes at least 10 minutes each time it does it . My guess is its Google doing it.

Well at least I dont have my Starlink antenna up yet .

I see Elon Musk warning Ukranians to site the dish as far away from the house as possible .
I think if I were there I would have a metal shield over it all the time and switched off.!
