Opening JWM hotkeys window causing mouse to stop working

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but when I open JWMDeskManager -> JWMhotkeys and close it and repeats this 2-3 times the mouse stops working, not completely but partially. The pointer will move when you move the mouse but the icon changes to uppercase 'i' and the mouse buttons stop working (all 3, right, left, and the middle button). Using ALT+TAB I was able to switch windows and restarted the system using Terminal. I again tried it and the same problem occurred. If we open and close and again open and then close the JWMhotkey window and repeat this a few times the mouse stops working.

I thought to start jwmdeskmanager from terminal to log what is happening in the background but SysRq (which I use for emergency disk sync) is not set up and I'm also a new user of puppy so didn't take any chances.

I don't know why this is happening. So, I don't have any solution for this.

But: you can setup hotkeys without to use JWM Hotkeys from JWM Desk Manager.

Just edit /root/.jwm/jwmrc-personal in a text editor like e.g. Geany.

I set up the hot keys no problem in that. The way you mentioned with ALT + SHIFT_L is what I chose. It is just that I came across this bug. If I open JWM Hotkeys windows then it will work, but sometimes it doesn't. So thought to metion it here in the official forums.
