Editing a ROX panel. Where's the config? [SOLVED]

I have have two nice fully loaded and icon-tweaked Rox panels, one on the right side and one on the bottom, but the only way I know to re-order the icons is to drag them to the end of the of the panel past the one I want to move up. It seems that 'drag-and-drop' isn't that versatile, or perhaps I'm missing something.
But really what I want to know is where the panel contents are stored and if I can make changes there instead.

You can change the order of the icons on panel by dragging the icons with the middle mouse button (the mouse wheel.)
The pinboard and panel config files are in /root/.config/rox.sourceforge.net/ROX-Filer

Strange, those config files do have the icons listed, but I checked them a week ago and I don't remember seeing them. Good thing you told me about the middle-click before I started cutting and pasting text, which would have taken a lot longer.
Thanks!
ADDENDUM: Also, now that I know those files store the panel contents, I should be able to include a loaded panel in my future Universal Theme Scheme that I've been dreaming up.
