Nethogs package is broken

Post by Keef »

I came across a reference to nethogs, and found it was in the repo. The package though has an extra 'usr' layer, eg /usr/usr/local/bin/
Not that this news will crash the internet or anything, but thought I'd mention it.
Homepage for nethogs is here, for anyone unfamiliar with it:
https://github.com/raboof/nethogs
It is a CLI app which is a like a 'htop' for network usage.

Hi Keef,

Which version of Puppy Linux and Nethogs are you referring to? I am running FossaPup64 and the nethogs_0.8.5-2build2_amd64.deb in the Puppy Package Manager does not have "/usr/usr"

Meeeooow!

Thank you @Keef
It's a typo - we wrote "DESTDIR=/usr" instead of "PREFIX=/usr"
Fixed now.

@snoring_cat - Keef refers for Fatdog64, that's why he posted it in this forum section.
