Thank you for your work.

//In 2006-7 I tried on for size Puppy Linux, and even registered at the old Murga Forum. In those days Puppy Linux was a Slackware "derivative"
Back then Wolvix, GolblinX, Slax, still existed, so I used them for a few year; after that full Slackware.

Recently I acquired ($20.00) an HP T520 slim client

So I looked around for a suitable Linux. Slackware 14.1 wouldn't co-operate (the same Slackware that you used to make this Puppy). I tried a few other versions and flavours. Eventually I remembered Puppy ---I gave Slackware Puppy a try.
6.3.0 works out of the box ---video, sound, internet. 6.3.2 has some problems; 7.0 doesn't know what to do with this particular video card.
So, Slacko 6.3.0 it is. Now I needed a web browser (the Firefox that came with it is out of favour by most websites). I installed your development package, and compiled GTK-3.9.8. Firefox 89.0.2 works (and I am posting this feedback). I compiled/installed aPulse, so Firefox can speak.

//As I was looking around, I found out that Firefox 89.0.2 needs at least GTK-3.14.7 ---so the Firefox website says. This was news to me, because for a few years now I have been using Firefox 69.0, and recently upgraded (because of BitChute) to Firefox 89. I double-checked Slackware 14.1's GTK-3, and it is 3.8.2.

Your comment in your Puppy Remaster Program is to make "initrd/pup_ro2" directory and mount ....6.3.0.sfs there. I did, the process started up, but got stuck at estimating the space needed for the making of the modified .iso. So I used a memory stick and made a modified (GTK-3 enabled, &c) .iso that way.

KDE-3.3.2 works, (I don't use the desktop, only K3B-1.0.2); Fluxbox-1.3.7, XFE-0.88, RealPlayer 11, file-roller, eog, gRip-3.3.1, scrot, stardict-2.4.4, Xine, Ted, scite, roxterm.
