How to switch the system language to Arabic?

How do I change the system language to Arabic

Open Menu>Setup>QuickSetup first run settings.

Click the down-arrow to the right of the Flag where the box by default has "US English". Click the language of your choice. Then click "OK" at the Bottom Right.

my native language is also not english .

mikeslr is right, these settings in Quick setup will have some effect.
E.g. a few items in the menu will be in my native language and very few built-in programs as well.
But the language of the whole system (all the dialogues, help, doc) remains in english.

There are some "system language packages" in the puppy package manager.
You can run it and type "langpack" into the search box and see if your language is there.
My native language is not there so I use the system in english .

I usually try to set my native language in frequently used applications if possible (web browser).
Some "puppy" apps in the puppy package manager may have multilingual packages to install (select not only "exe" packages but also "nls" as a type). I did this in Fossapup64 with mtPaint.
I remember that most apps from the ubuntu repositories were in my native language after installation.

I know nothing about arabic language, but I tried to do some testing for you.

In Quick setup are more countries with arabic language, so I randomly choosed Egypt for the test.
I restarted X server after the settings (menu->exit->restart graphical server).

The result is on the picture (switch_language01):
the language of the time and date changed,
I wrote some letters in word processor (Abiword), absolutely not knowing what I'm writing.
So, it should be possible to change the keyboard layout.

Puppy was translated by users to several languages but arabic is not between them if my searching is right.
So you will probably have to accept english as the system language.

I use Firefox installed from Quickpet. The picture "switch_language02" shows that the language in Firefox can be switched to arabic.

I didn´t try this.
The language packs from the puppy package manager shown in the video are for the ubuntu environment.
I don´t think it will work in Puppy.

As far as I know you can find all available language pack .pets in the noarch repo of Puppy:

QuickPup64 has arabic support (GUI only) just download the langpack.sfs and load it.
