What apps do you add to Puppy Linux

I like Puppy Linux and it's apps for their size and speed. However, there are certain applications that I prefer over some pre-installed equivalents. So that leads to my question...how do you pimp out your Puppy Linux with must have applications? Below are some of mine.

Replacements to default apps

mtPaint > Gimp

Puppy is constrained by its efficiency mission/niche/ethic, which is overall a good thing.

I add XFE and Thunar to Rox. They're not that big. Rox is so unique it has to be there or not, but XFE functioning could be added to Thunar. When a distro also includes PCmanFM I do not fuss.

Vivaldi is standalone or .sfs on tap. No biggie. Look at those sizes?

My encryption is the little encfs.

mtPaint is a champ, but my skill in it is limited.

I haven't looked at sizes, but I'm in T-bird too because I started using it in Windows. The two biggest necessary reader features are multiple profiles and the ability to archive messages in a standard format.

I've been using Ted instead of Abiword which is a bomb. Its best feature is the icon before we run it. Most of my package installations are utilities.

calcurse: A nice app for calendar & agenda.
inxi: Gives readable hardware information.

Many are unduly difficult to install or have astonishing drawbacks.
