somehow got made too small and can't get mouse to engage and drag it larger. been a constant problem that it changes size when trying to do something else. kbd or mouse errors. poor sight motor skills.
What is Florence?
Most likely, we are not talking about a city in Italy, but about an excellent virtual keyboard. I saw a friend of mine use Linux Mint without a real hardware keyboard - I was amazed at how cleverly you can poke a virtual one 
On the left side there are icons - magnifying glasses with plus and minus - do they work?
I've been using florence, too.
And yes: resizing florence window is not satisfying, I only move it around or minimize down to tray.
Is there anyone can help to change florence keyboard font? I've never succeded.
Anyway, florence to me is still helpfull, I use it whenever need to type arabic. I just hope better arabic font on florence.
Though not intuitive, you CAN change its appearance to your liking.
