Our world, today, has changed over the last 5 years with a departure from the Central Bank(s) currency management to an international currency beyond the Central Bank. It will be only a matter of a short time before other countries move, internationally, to decide if they too can operate outside of Central Bank management with their own/other international currency.

The tools we use to protect how our information is exchanged, if that is the aim here, is varied and the risk levels are not just a couple of technologies, mentioned.
