I saw numerous replies to the Article. Some have doubts this is legal, as many ISP's do not allow tethering. Also this looks to be a bandwidth restriction for those being tapped... one has no apparant choice except to OPT OUT.
Others wonder if a future "update" will change the settings a-la M$ Windows. This is easily a nightmare regardless.
