new chat HEXCHAT libera [SOLVED]

Can any of you, please, tell me a step by step guide to connect HexChat to the new puppy linux chat in LIBERA ??

I can¡t follow the instructions some people gave me in direct chat, because one instruction mix with other.

Please, give me the step by step intructions.- THANKS A LOT

1) If you click on libera page:
irc.libera.chat:6697 (TLS)
you should get in browser this:

Ok to connect to server via online IRC service.
2) In HexChat:
Hexchat/Network list/Add
