Newbs continue to post questions in the "Instructional HOW-TO Section." IMHO the phrase "how-to" is the problem--newbs are clearly triggering on the "how-to" and think this is a place to ask how-to-do-that?

I know the section has been renamed at least once in an attempt to clarify its purpose, but why not just cut to the chase and rename it "Tutorials." Yes, I know some of the contributions are more "reference" materials than tutorials per se, but this is surely nitpicking.
