This is a "cosmetic" update, removes a reference to '/etc/grub.d/40_custom' in the text of a dialog.

OtherInstalls_10.sfs.gz
gunzip to produce 'Otherinstalls_10.sfs'

'OtherInstalls' is now available as an AppDir, a portable application.

OtherInstalls_AppDir-11.tar.gz
use 'tar xf' to extract 'OtherInstalls' directory
