PSIP SIP Phone compiled in EasyOS Dunfell

Finally got round to taking a look at EasyOS Dunfell. Have installed 2.7.2 in a USB flash drive. Looks nice and I do like the concept. Thought I would try a bit of compiling so downloaded the devx and had a go at building PSIP SIP Phone 1.42 and all seems to have gone well. I used pjproject 1.16 which needed me to install portaudio-19 (static) first. The internal (3rd party) one in pjproject source does not work for some reason, but this is true in all the Puppies I have compiled this in as well, so it is not an EasyOS issue. I have to configure pjproject "--with-external-pa". The osxcart version is 1.2.0 (static). Small details are that the name is not set as "Puppy" Phone and in the buddies list the Iptel echo test (which is dead I think) is replaced with "TheTestCall" which has echo test and a selection of other tests as well. The only thing it lacks is a "ring back" test. The ekiga one has always required a login to ekiga, but the ekiga.net service appears to be down and maybe discontinued, not sure. Iptel still works and there are lots of other providers of free SIP addresses as well. Anyway, I will upload the build in case anyone wants to test it out.

That's great!

Guys, test it, if you all give it a thumbs up, I will add it to the official PET repository.

It's not so big, could even include it in the build, given that, in line with Puppy history, we tend to throw in just about everything to a build, hoping to cater to 99% of user needs out-of-the-box.
