SmillaEnlarger - excellent GFX-tool based on Qt to resize images

SmillaEnlarger is a small graphical tool based on Qt to resize images, especially magnify bitmaps in high quality. Compiled in Fossapup but it will probably work in other Puppies that have QtCore and QtGui(5).
