Screeny sometimes fails to save screenshot in a file

-this is not a serious issue since I prefer use scrot to take screenshots, but I want ask if someone other noticed this behavior:
sometimes Screeny fails to save the screenshot taken in a file and resulting image file is empty

How are you using Viewnior to take a screen shot?

OOps! I wanted mean screeny not Viewnior, my fault 
from menu --> graphic ---> screeny
