Forum title not shown upon sharing link on social media

When a thread link was shared on social media. It doesn't show the title of the thread like on old puppy forum. Instead it shows the website address only. Please fix the problem

Try highlighting the title of the thread, then copy and paste it wherever. That includes the URL of the thread.

Take a look at this screenshot as you can see here that the forum title is not shown when a link of new puppy forum is shared on facebook

While on the old forum when sharing its link, it shows the forum title
