From the looks of this board, maybe no. Except for me. Pi4B 8G, with FF & NoScript to do webstuff. Worked so well for me...until last month when the hard coded certificate used for validating extensions in FF expired making it impossible to use NoScript. I feel naked without my NoScript. As RasPup is 32 bit this is huge problem for continued use. It is difficult to find up to date 32 bit browser packages these days; I found Vivaldi, FF, and Pale Moon. Running the first two from a terminal showed errors indicating the RasPup libraries are too old to work with them. I had better luck with Pale Moon V. 33.1.0-1 (from Steve Pusser). I am using it to write this post now. Although, it does not work with NoScript, it has an equivalent extension called eMatrix that I actually like even better. It is easy to use and seems to do the job. However, Pale Moon consistently and immediately crashes as soon as I go to log in to every financial website that I tried. In the terminal, all I get is “segmentation fault”, nothing else. Interestingly, I had no problem logging in to this forum. This makes me think about a crypto related dependency issue so I went to Steve’s dependency list specifications and did a comparison. There were several missing dependencies including libgconf2, libfontconfig1, mesa-common, and lsb-release. Libgtk2.18 or greater was also specified but libgtk2.0-0 is what I found in RasPup. Should I be surprised that Pale Moon works at all? I might be able to get around these issues by using a portable browser approach like those that Mike Walsh and others make. However, I have not seen any that work in ARM. Does anyone have what I need

@Wiz57 Thanks for the reply. I'll track it down and check it out.
Unless I missed something, they are all Intel compiled, not ARM
If I can't locate what I need, I am going to try to make my own based on the portable browser work that Mike Walsh produces. I have a Pi 400 4G that has raspbian bookworm with wayland and it is quite nice I have to admit. However, I have been using Puppy for over 15 years now on all kinds of 'puters and its my favorate OS. I feel most secure on the net when I'm using a Puppy!

Re: Anyone still using Raspup?
I use Raspup and EasyOS 64-bit version 2.8.3 for the Raspberry Pi4 on a Pi 400.
EasyOS 64-bit version 2.8.3 for the Raspberry Pi4 seems to work better for using Web Browsers.

I use Pale Moon 64bit build for arm.
The issues I see, are more about the ability of the CPU to support what web sites now need, to properly display them.
Plus, the computer is getting slow in displaying web sites, with all the crap they now want to have displayed.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected

I have both a 400 & a 4B. I use raspbian on the 400 with the latest firefox with noscript and it works well for the sites I need to use. But you can't powerdown and lose ALL changes like you can with puppy which is why I use raspup on the 4B. I have played with Easy on both laptops and on Pi when I initally got it but liked Raspup better and never looked back.

I may have another look at it if I give up on raspup...

I tried a bunch of different sites since my last post (using 4B with palemoon to write this) so i could report back and it is ssslllooowww on anything with media on it, news sites, financial, utube, etc. In fact it crashed on a bunch of them. HTOP shows the memory increasing from like 150 to ~500 MB while it slowly chokes. As long as you stick to light sites like this one it is stable and responsive. It is a lot worse than FF 91.13.0 esr with noscript. Noscript can help cause it prevents a lot of that crap from downloading. That's why I'm so pissed about that FF hardcoded expired certificate that prevents Noscript from staying enabled. Talk about planned obsolescence
Re: Anyone still using Raspup?
pi3b and pi4.
setup with raspup,
vlc_3.0.12-armv6-rpi.sfs
chromium-92.0.4515.98~buster-armhf.sfs
installed,
tvheadend
duckietv
working great
i was not able to figure out a successful kodi startup.
Re: Anyone still using Raspup?
I have a Paspberry Pi1 Model B Rev.2, the very 1st produced in 2011 with only 500MB RAM and one USB port but with RCA socket.
On this I use RaspPuppy in headless mode as a WiFi internet radio, controlling it with Termius and SSH from an old Android phone.
That way the Paspberry Pi's CPU load and memory use is low enough to run RaspPuppy's pmusic.
A collection of mp3 music files, stored on the SD card, can also be listened to with the set up.
A 5V 1A phone charger is enough to even drive two speakers as shown.
Edit: The speakers are powered separately.

Hi AJS08846
Anyone still using Raspup?
Still using it 24/7 in my Puppy Linux phone https://www.forum.puppylinux.com/viewtopic.php?t=3359,using Chromium (default).
Worked so well for me...
Raspup is dead.Unless you are using it for things beyond (modern) browsing, soon it will be completely
useless. You have to be extremely capable (or have access to another extremely capable person) to keep
browsers running smoothly nowdays.
The above holds true in many aspects of life.Differentiation is not painless.
Moreover, try EasyOs,seems to work nicely with raspberry 4. Additionally it can run Raspup in a container.
Regards
Aristos

EasyOs runs better _ but, Raspup in a containeri can install tvheadend but was unable to setup my tv tuner.
Re: Anyone still using Raspup?
How many of us would like a Pi 5 Mut (also for 4 and 3), might have to take the hat around.
A pure Debian so 'apt' just works, no desktop, we can build own easy enough. Firewall always on, 'nmtui' (network-manager) for internet, a terminal for using apt and nmtui. Spot in Home the Puppy way for browsers.
What else is needed and how much work (and time) is spent to build a Pi Mut mininal.
I had a toy around but didnt get far.
From Fatdog Pi by James Bond, found the link in help.

packages in git. Dont know if 'gitpkg' is the way to go.
End of experiment, BK says one has to be an expert to compile Puppy.
I'll put in $50 towards buying a Pi5, how many want to put in $10 each to buy a Pi for someone who can code.
