10.0.x updates

Post by P_erithacus »

Apologies if I've missed something, but there doesn't appear to have been an update for 10.0.x in over a month. I haven't paid extremely close attention previsouly (just updating when I thought of it) but I had been under the impression that builds were automatic and twice per month around the 2nd & 16th?

Anyhow, checking here the latest is still 10.0.70 from Jan 16.

Hello @P_erithacus

There are 3 different authors of BKWP64; namely

  1. @radky (the official version),

  2. @peebee (the test version), and

  3. @ozsouth (a customized newer kernel test version)

Which are you looking for?

@P_erithacus I will fix it soon, please be patient. This is unpaid volunteer work and not always my top priority.

Thanks for the info!

Also, no worries at all. I genuinely figured there was a >50% chance I'd misunderstood and someone would simply correct me or point me somewhere I'd failed to look. If builds broke and need work to sort out that's completely understandable, expected even. Indeed, I've got projects of my own that require attention—I'd best get back to them.

Before I do though, 30 seconds to express my appreciation for this project: I've kept a live-boot rescue OS in my wallet for system recovery for over a decade: Knoppix, DSL, re-mastered puppies, Kaisen have all gotten extended trials. Vanilla Dpup is the first one I've genuinely liked. The first one I could simply pull configs from my daily driver and have all my preferred tools working as desired on a completely portable system (all in about an hour). The setup is so fully-functional for me that I've even started using it to do actual productive work on random systems I'm working on, at friends houses on their PCs, even once at the library. Anyway, a great idea, well executed, and much appreciated.
