Need a Current Working Youtube Downloader - Suggestions?

Hello all. Youtube VideoHelper in Firefox recently stopped recognizing videos for me (I'm on F96-CE4). I believe it happened after the latest Firefox update (Current Firefox: 134.0.2 64 bit, computer type in sig.)
So, any suggestions for another working Youtube Downloader?
I have tried a couple programs listed by PPM, but they didn't work -- probably outdated.

You can use this standalone binary: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releas ... -dlp_linux
It has the required Python embedded.
Greetings!

Yes, I was just gonna say the same, should work ok !
To add: youtube-dl "nightly" may work well too (not requiring very high Python version)
