Is there any Speech to Text software that works for Bionic 64?

Try using Google Docs, running under Chrome.
Open up a new word document, and under Tools there is a Voice to Text option.
Click on the microphone to start. Its not perfect, and it keeps stopping and needs to be restarted, but it does work.
Mind, you have to have a working microphone, producing output at an appropriate level via the alsa mixer.
(Sound can be an issue with Bionic. I prefer Bookwormpup, as pulseaudio runs flawlessly. )
