A pRun update is available... and it's better

@BarryK and EasyOS friends,

Good news:

I installed and tested the latest update of the pRun launcher, and it works well on EasyOS.

This version is better than our current one because the window is wider and we can also finally easily adjust the window dimensions.

You can find pRun-1.7 in this page:

pRun application launcher has been updated by @BarryK , see blog post:

https://bkhome.org/news/202501/prun-app ... dated.html

I haven't seen your version yet Barry and I already know it's great, but I think we had the same idea :)

Weeks ago I also created a better version of the 'pRun-1.7' shared in the first post.
By saying 'better', I just mean 'better suited' to the standards of EasyOS, with some small improvements.

These 'improvements' are:
- The application goes into the correct JWM menu of EasyOS,
- The translation country codes are listed in alphabetical order for better organization in the 'pRun.desktop' file,
- The default window now shows 5 and a half applications for better comfort and visibility,
- pRun automatically closes when an application is launched, similar to the default behavior of other well-known launchers like dmenu, Rofi, Synapse, etc.

I've just renamed my updated version to 'pRun-1.7-1' to avoid any confusion.

If you think it's good, Barry, feel free to include it in the next release of EasyOS if you like it!

@radky As far as I can see your own BW64 10.0.9 still ships with pRun-1.6 of July 2021.
Any reason for that?

BTW: Even version 1.7 deliberately filters out the valid applications
/usr/bin/[
/usr/bin/[[
/usr/bin/411toppm
/usr/bin/7z
/usr/bin/7za

I understand that users might be irritated by tools with odd names like [ or [[ , but 411toppm, 7z, and 7za are not odd at all.

Ha ha, I used radky's prun 1.7 and made some modifications and named the pet "prun-1.7-1.pet"
...all lower-case, so different from your pet!
