Questions about BookwormPup32-23.12-241201 browser

I was playing around with the idea of updating my server and chose BW32. I really like this flavor but I had some issues that came up.
Thought I'd ask.

Is it just me or has the U light browser become useless by todays standards?
I noticed if you try to install a browser from the menu, sourceforge tells you you need a newer browser.
Then I go to the forum and look for one and Mega tells me the same thing.

Seems like a road block of sorts if your a new user.
I'm not complaining, I was just curious if I just missed or overlooked something.
I didn't see any other browser to use, nor does U light seem to have an update.

Is seamonkey still an option? Didn't see it installed

Otherwise, It's a great puppy :thumbup2:

You are correct - SourceForge no longer likes Light

I will have to think how to proceed..........

Re: BookwormPup32-23.12-241201- won't complete boot

I have this installed in my UEFI PC, running Focalpup32 and Jammypup32. I also wanted to try the BookwormPup32-23.12-241201.iso. I installed using frugalpup install as FP32 and JP32 (grub menu 3 choices). But BW32 screen goes blank after all the *.sfs files are loaded. The others complete to boot normally. Is this a conflict with hardware? any solutions.

It seems that you have the same issue.
Or rather, BW32 seems to have a problem with some intel video chips.

Indeed it was the intel graphics..., got it resolved.
