NO!

KLA is NOT KLV. Nor is KLV, KLA. The base OS are entirely different.

Our contributions could be different. Their locations on the KL subforum exist under 2 different sub-sub-forum locations in PLDF.

(These locations for "KDE use" in the KL forum might change in a future construction.)
