BookwormPup64: Pupsave on different drive won't boot?

Posting here as can't find exact topic.
Downloaded BW64 iso to new HP 3.2 256 g USB. Fired straight up- had to play with Network connection. no conky appeared till second boot. ISO download and usb install was all done via Mint on an external wd drive.
Chose Spot. A Save or snapshot was directed to the Mint WD ext SSD. Downloaded Mullvad browser -( I try everything out). Wouldn't work- says can't run as root.

Formatted USB and reinstalled BW64 with new image after deleting the original via Mint on WD SSD. When it's fired up ,original System image opens with Mullvad and same setups than a fresh install.

Disconnected Mint WD from L390 Yoga, which has Daedalus on the drive. Removed old downloaded BW64 image and got new BW64 image. Did all the work and USB dd setup via Daedalus.

The USB still boots to first original BW64 setup. Or is booting up the original save/ snapshot that was directed to Mint/ WD ssd partition which isn't connected. The HP USB with new install image is only showing up with sda drive and not sda1 and 2 drives as if it hasn't booted. The Mint WD ssd was disconnected prior to all this.

Will the original snapshot be in MInt files -wd ssd, or moved itself to Daedalus drive? I don't know how it's doing this.
How can i find the snapshot on the WD ssd with mint? it said it goes on the partition.

2nd post .
Do i have to change the uuid on the usb? But where is the Yoga system with Daedalus installed picking up the original snapshot from to boot? it seems to be a security issue.

Don't know what happened there.
I installed Bookworm to main drive via new iso using DD and solved the problem. Next adventure is to install Bookworm pup permanent on main drive. not ISO
The installation set/up demands doing that were different than the installation set up via usb.
I did a save/backup/something out of menu on Main drive BWpup installation to a partition on a Scarthgap usb and it doesn't save anything as before. Iso is fresh every boot up.
More reading required i think. Aside, i really like BW pup.
