Zoneminder on WDL Void

Rockedge has recently posted a new well-configured Zoneminder WDL Void installation build recipe on Wee Dog Linux forum:

A Zoneminder server happens to be something I have a major need for at the moment so is good timing for me. I'll report back here once I've tried it out.

It is rainy weather here just now, so despite this being my spring/summer 'off season' I have that Zoneminder install prioritised in my mind and I'm also itching to implement some new development ideas that I have for WeeDog. Been a while since I worked on it, so I'm a bit rusty, but fortunately it has very simple build scripts which I find easy to bend to my will...

Plenty of ideas - too many really, but none that will add bloat. I'm even considering building a Puppy via WeeDog initrd utilising sc0ttman's Pkg but I'd need to get rid of all that distrospec stuff to allow the rest of Puppy to work with a distro-agnostic initrd such as that provided in WeeDog - that could be tricky depending on how Pkg works (which I haven't studied, and my list of planned WeeDog general functional improvements makes it already an extremely fertile garden).
