How to open a blocked udp port in EZTables? (Solved)

Hello Everybody,
I have a Brother MFC-J450DW printer/scanner installed and working in FatDog903. The scanner is working with Xsane image scanner.
When I enable EZTables firewall the scanner port gets blocked by the firewall.
Brother documentation suggests the scanner needs the UDP 54925 port open for the scanner to work.
I have read all the EZTables documentation and I am confused about exactly what to add and where to add it in eztables.cfg to open up the the UDP 54925 port for my scanner. What should I add and where do I add it?
Thanks for any help with this!

Maybe I need udp ports 50019 and 54925 open as well as tcp port 54921 ?
Pic #1 - netstat shows Xsane using udp port 50019 while communicating with the scanner.
Pic #2 - netstat shows BRW70188BEF51A3 (my scanner) using tcp port 54921 while scanning and sending the scan to Xsane.

The scanner is now working with EZTables started
After identifying the ports used (see pics in the prior post) I made the following adjustment to the /etc/eztables/eztables.cfg file by adding the 4 lines in the red brackets - see picture..
