Hello.
Does anybody know about any free opensource software similar to OCS inventory that works on Puppy Linux?
For anybody wondering what OCS inventory does is from a web you can see all the data from any computer that's got the software on your net, like for example the software it's got installed, last time it was used, the last user that logged in it, etc.

I've downloaded the OCS agent from github and unzipped it, but now when i try to install it using the console commands they put on github it's not working. Does it work diferently on Puppy Linux?

What version of Puppy Linux are you using?????????

In BookwormPup64 10.0.7 it has OCS as several different downloads in the Synaptic package manager.
Should be able to get it that way if you are using BookwormPup64.

Hello, quick update.
Found the installer for ocs inventory agent on Package Manager Legacy.
Now it's installed but our server doesn't see the computer even though it's conected by RJ45 o the same switch, maybe now it's all up to make some configuration on our server.
