Getting "out of space" message again

Does anyone know why I am getting this message and am unable to save files?
Using Firefox.

Code: Select all

• PUPMODE=12
 • PDEV1='nvme0n1p2'
 • DEV1FS='ext3'
 • PUPSFS='nvme0n1p2,ext3,/Bookworm64_10.0.6/puppy_dpupbw64_10.0.6.sfs'
 • PUPSAVE='nvme0n1p2,ext3,/Bookworm64_10.0.6/dpupbw64save-2024-06-25-basic-02'
 • PMEDIA='satahd'

pmount says 0B free on p5, but shows plenty of space according to the color indicator. Not only that, why am I given no choice where I want to save the file? Am I missing something?

Your save file is full.

Save things outside of your save file, or increase your save file.

In FF, I have it set to "Always Ask", but it is not working. Maybe there is an override setting someplace.

I use save folders. I have just deleted two older save folders, I will see if that helps.
The thing is that my save folders are on partition 2 and the no space message is on partition 5.

That's very strange, many years I'm using Firefox and the "Always Ask" setting just works.
Could it be that you use different firefox installs ? (with a different personal profile folder too).

I have a lot of plugins. It could be a plugin interfering, or perhaps a setting I inadvertently changed in the config file. I noticed this months ago. Anyway, I plan on switching to Mullvad and Librewolf soon. I will see what happens with those.
Thanks.
