Hi,
From which OS?
This is critical info to get an answer on this one :)

I haven't used windows for years but i gather this is a good option...

easy dd from easyOS is a great tool, simple gui. Should be able to run from most linux installs. (so far so good for me)
remove the fake .zip extention,
make sure it's executable (chmod a+x) and run from anywhere.

@Flash so funny, I came back to make this edit and saw your post...

I'm running EasyPup. I used easydd (started from a console) in EasyPup to install EasyOS to a flash drive. It worked perfectly.

Thanks for the replies mates.
@Flash
Hi Flash, I'll give EasyPup a try. Edit: Oppps, looks like EasyPup is another whole new distro?
Good to see your sweet orange face again.

@puddlemoon
I am using Bionic Beaver(64) to download Fossadog and to create a flash drive.

Easydd is available as an app that is supposed to run in any Puppy.

The Dogs have their own install program that should run from any modern puppy or other linux distribution that will install on a flash drive with either grub4dos or syslinux(?).

Will post a link shortly.
