Some fun BBCode that can be added to the Forum being tested on a localhost web server.

Working on successfully upgrading a one to one copy of this forum running on a localhost (Apache, mariaBD, PHP8.2) server from version 3.3.12 to 4.0.0-a1-dev.
Version 4 of phpBB seems to have stalled in progressing but out of curiosity I have been trying the official upgrade package from 3.3.12 to 4.0.0-a1-dev but so far I have had timeout issues that seems to be an error but the true nature is still unknown by me.
