To the staff team on this forum, please can you provide a Safe Guarding policy for inspection?

All social platforms should have one outlining processes to report and action complaints raised.

If you look at a post.
On the far right is a row of icons that give you some options.

The one that looks like ! when clicked on, will report this post to moderators to look at.

I think Jasper is referring to personal private information and how a member's data is protected.
Not sure if moderators have any control over this, or what to do in case of data breach, etc.
But to give a partial answer, there is a link at the bottom of every page on the forum that leads to
"Privacy" and "Terms", terms of use of this forum.

In that case, my advice is to put only what is needed on any website because sooner or later whatever you put on the Internet will wind up in a database somewhere, where it will be kept forever, without attribution and without checking for accuracy.

This forum requires only a valid email address and a user name with password. Nothing else is stored other than forum related information like posts.

We use ZERO advertisement and no direct 3rd party connections. The host server provider is a larger commercial platform well protected. We use a detailed firewall directly in front of the sites on top of what tools are provided for commercial grade operations.

As far as personal information goes, if only the bare minimum is entered, only the email address would be considered personal data can be exposed.
