Kernel 6.9 performance regression

Have you guys tested the new kernel 6.9? It seems there's a 10% performance drop when compared to 6.8.9.

Have you guys tested the new kernel 6.9? It seems there's a 10% performance drop when compared to 6.8.9.
I've been using 6.9 for a few days and can't say I've noticed any great difference....
I am having problems building 6.9 with GCC-14
