Xenial 7.5 and JFS XFS Reiser support ?

Does Xenial 7.5 32-bit support JFS, XFS and Reiser file system ?
Puppy Tahr and Fossa64 can read these partiton formats, but Xenial does not, how is that possible ?

Xenial is much older than Fossa and Tahr. It was put together prior to those file systems becoming a tad more commonplace.

Are there drivers/library/kernal options to read these file systems or is this impossible with Xenial ?
Even Slacko 6 can read these formats.
