Where to obtain the upgraded ROX-filer build from 'woodenshoe'? - [SOLVED]

Afternoon, gang. Now then:-

Does anybody happen to know where I can find the updated build forum member 'woodenshoe' did of ROX-filer? The one that has the additional right-click items like 'Duplicate'?

I'm steadily transforming my much-modified Xenialpup64 into an even more usable "daily driver", and the upgraded ROX-filer is one thing I would like. I used the 'Duplicate' feature a lot in Barry's old Quirky64 'April', and I know a package WAS created for this. Only trouble is, d'you think I can find it?

Any help/advice will - as always! - be much appreciated. (I DO have a package sitting in my archives - rox-filer-17w-x86_64_common64.pet - but I'm not certain if this is the one in question. Anybody know?)

TIA.

Mike. ;)

I think you probably have the right one:
ftp.vim.org/ftp/pub/os/Linux/distr/pupp ... -common64/
Someone probably just got fed up typing it out in full. It has the right-click options.

See if this is the one you are looking for:
http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/pe ... mmon64.pet

I got it from here:
http://distro.ibiblio.org/puppylinux/pe ... -common64/

This is the version of Rox in BookwormPup64 and it has the right click menu stuff, you are talking about.

The specific programs, that will be in the right click menu, depend on the file you are right clicking on.
Should show programs, that could be used for the specific file, and type file.
It has duplicate.

@Keef / @bigpup :-

Cheers, guys. You were both "on the money". Seems I had it all this time, and never realised..! :D

One swap of /usr/local/apps/ROX-filer and a re-boot later, and.....there's all my favourite right-click & short-cut items. 'Duplicate' is there, along with another I use a lot.....the ability to use the 'Insert' key when adding multiple new directories inside an existing one.

Tahrpup64 has been "treated", too. Curious, though; the release version of ROX has been at 2.11 for at least a decade. I have to assume this means it's no longer being maintained....but since it still does everything I want it to (and always has), I can't say as I'm that bothered.

Anyways; thanks, both of you. I've been meaning to do this for several months; I finally decided to bite the bullet and get on with it. I'll mark this as solved.

Further exploration has revealed that peebee's Bionicpup32 is using a 32-bit build of this same release.....and 'swapsies' has now granted me my favourite, essential rt-clk ROX functions in Xenialpup32, Tahrpup32 AND - best of all! - in my highly-customized, evergreen Slacko 5.6.0 as well.

I'm "chuffed to bits"! Nice one! :D
