Using a similar method to one I used with EasyOS, I changed the trackpad scrolling direction in Fossapup by editing:

~/.config/psynclient.conf

VertScrollDelta=100
HorizScrollDelta=100

changed to

VertScrollDelta=-100
HorizScrollDelta=-100

Did you try it using the menu->Setup->Mouse/keyboard Wizard->Touchpad?

Thanks! I have been wondering about this.
I'm not sure of my preference but it's good to know where to find it.

The setting is not present in the touchpad daialog...
