How to make Fossapup sleep after non-use over 15 minutes? (Solved)

My monitor stays on ALL the time.
Any recommendations to have FossaPUP blank the screeen or to sleep?
Is there a "startup" mechanism-utility that would do this?
FATDOG does this with no user intervention. And, by simply touching a key or any mouse movement, the desktop springs up on-screen. But, I am not sure if Fossa has a similar ability.
