Added 4 new themes (Material-Sakura ,Rose-Pine,Tokyo-Night,Frosted-Glass ), 2 new icon themes (Tela-circle-dracula , Tela-circle-purple ). other improvements

enabled support for "Kvantum" themes for QT5 applications .
The default theme is Kvantum theme=Catppuccin-Mocha.

install Kvantum sudo xbps-install -Su kvantum
not enabled by default.
to enable uncomment the line 16 in /home/spot/.config/hypr/configs/environment.conf
logout and login

Kvantum
so that the window does not open full screen, write in /home/spot/.config/hypr/configs/window_rules.conf " kvantummanager "

Octoxbps turns out to also be on QT5 and Kvantum also works with it and changes the theme
Looks like it's worth including Kvantum in the build plugin
