TKAGIF-2.0 - dark screen [SOLVED]

Hi all
Whenever I try to take a gif with this application the screen is dark.
The only configurable options are the duration and quality settings.
Am I missing something?
I am using Fossapup64-95.

Somehow it's conflicting with the compositor.
Only way I know to prevent the dark screen is to disable Picom. From Menu: Setup > Screen/Graphics Wizard > Picom compositor > Stop
