How to display video and image thumbnails in EasyOS Rox?

The title says it all. This seems to be the only important function missing. Right now the window only shows generic tiles.
If you have every used KDE, Cinnamon, or even Windows, you know what I am talking about. You see a little image from the file as the thumnail.
